How do I create a booking?


In order to create a booking, follow the below steps:

Website

To get an instant help for your IT devices, click on the Get help with an IT issue now button, enter your issue details, select your service type, add your payment method and book a tech for your support instantly.

Or to check the available technicians in your neighbourhood or any desired area, click on the Change Location button on the home page (tecme.io), enter your city and state and click Find Technicians button.

From the Top Rated Tech's list, select any technician by clicking the View Profile button.

Alternatively, if you have a desired tech in mind for the service and you know him already then simply enter his tech code in the search bar on the home page and view his profile.

Once you view the tech's profile, select the service of your need by clicking the Book Service Button.

In the next steps, select the service date/time, select your device, your location (if on-site service), select your payment method and click Create Booking in the last step. Your request will be sent to your selected technician and you will be notified once your technician accepts the booking.

Mobile App

Step 1 - Navigate to Book a Tech screen in your TecMe mobile app, and select a device from the drop menu or add one instantly.

Step 2 - Select the date and time of your booking.

Step 3 - Select the tech skillset that best matches your requirements. Tap Continue.

Step 4 - Select the service type whether it's home or remote. In home bookings, the tech comes to your place. In remote bookings, the tech entertains you via remote access that may be a voice or video call.

Step 5 - Describe your service issue, and make sure to enter atleast 50 characters.

Step 6 - In the next screen that appears, pick a technician that suits your service.

Step 7 - Select a payment method or add one instantly. Review your booking, once done, tap on Confirm and Send Request button to send a booking request to your selected technician.

Step 8 - In the last step, tap on the Proceed button, and your request will be sent to your selected technician. You will be notified once your technician accepts the booking.
