To find a tech for your service, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to your Bookings screen on TecMe app.
Step 2: Select a device for your service from the dropdown menu or add one instantly.
Step 3: Select date and time.
Step 4: Select optional Skills that best match your needs (or select none at all).
Step 5: Select your service type whether Home or Remote. Select an address if it is a home booking.
Step 6: Describe your issue and make sure to enter at least 50 characters.
Step 7: Pick a Technician that suits your requirements.
Step 8: Review your booking summary and select a payment method to keep on file. Tap on Confirm and Send Request. (Your payment method WILL NOT be charged until the completion of services or an untimely cancellation)
Step 8: Once you tap on Proceed, your request will be sent to your selected technician.
