Customer reviews of technicians are crucial to the TecMe communities integrity. TecMe strictly prohibits reviews that:

• Are not based off a technicians performance, interactions, or professionalism while carrying a service
• Are not based on a customer's real experiences
• Contain any unrelated information that does not directly relate to the customer's real experience of the service
• Contain any confidential or personal information of the technician

TecMe will not alter or delete any reviews that are in full compliance with the review policy. However if a customer review is found to not comply, TecMe may ask the customer to change the review or delete it entirely.
